FAQ
What type of payments do you accept?
All deposit payments can be made online. The remainder of the services must be paid in cash in person.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Unforeseen circumstances can occur at any time, if you would like to reschedule please let me know, at least 72 hours in advance prior to your appointment, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

Is it extra for my touch up appointment?
If your first touch up appointment is scheduled within 4-6 weeks of the initial appointment then I can honor one (1) complimentary touch up session. However, anything outside of the 6 weeks will be charged at the initial charge rate and this appointment cannot be rescheduled.

How long does the tattoo last?
Between 1-3 years depending on your skin and homecare.

How painful is it? Do you offer numbing?
The tolerance level for each individual is different. However, I will be using medical grade numbing cream to ensure that you are at the most comfortable level possible for the procedure.
How long does it take to heal?
It can take up to 2 weeks but keep in mind that each service is slightly different and the healing process varies. Generally, you will see some redness and sometimes swelling on the performed area, which is all normal.

How long is the procedure?
Please reserve between 3-4 hours for each procedure.

Can I bring someone to my appointment?
I do not recommend that you bring an additional person or a pet to your appointment. I would like to avoid as much distractions as possible so that we can focus specifically on your services and finishing it within a timely manner.

Is there a color palette that I can choose from?
I do not offer a premade palette as each color I use during the treatment process is customized for each individual during your procedure. Once the customized color is agreed upon (for both brows and lips), we will start the procedure, which is why the service itself can go up to 3-4 hours.

What are the name of the brands that you use ?
I use the brands, Perma Blend and Mara Pro colors. I chose these brands for their hybrid effects, which is a blend between high opaqueness and saturation that are subtle yet enough to create a smooth and natural finish.
